Confidentiality, Material Usage, and Program Duration Policy
At Rika J Coaching Program, we prioritize the confidentiality of our coaching materials and sessions, as well as ensuring adherence to the program’s duration, to uphold the integrity of our program and the privacy of our participants. By enrolling in our coaching program, you agree to adhere to the following policies:
All Interlocking Courses by Naturally Loc’d will include a non-refundable deposit amount of $399. This means that once you are enrolled in the class, only a partial refunds are possible.
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances: • Cancellation requested at least 7 days before the course start date. • In case of course cancellation by the organizers. • In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent your participation.
• To request a refund, please contact us at info@naturallylocd.net with your full name, course details, and the reason for the refund request.
• Refund requests must be submitted no later than 2 days after the course start date.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
• Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
The refund amount may be subject to deductions for $399 deposit for administrative fees and any non-refundable expenses incurred by the organizers such as but not limited to course materials.
Any course materials provided to you must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund.
• In the unlikely event that the course is canceled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of the course fee.
• The organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
